چکیده

Abstract Background Skin cancers are among the widely prevalent forms of cancer worldwide. The increasing industrialization and accompanied environmental changes have further worsened skin statistics. stern topical barrier although difficult to breach is a little compromised in pathologies like cancer. therapeutic management has moved beyond chemotherapy surgery. Main body abstract quest for magic bullet still prevails, but drug delivery emerged as perfect modality localized self-application with minimal systemic ingress cancers. Advances evidenced by exploration nanocarriers newer technologies microneedle-assisted/mediated therapeutics revolutionized paradigms treatment. engineered nanovectors not only been given liberty experiment wide-array carriers very distinguishing characteristics also endowed them target specificity. biologicals nucleic acid-based approaches or penetrating peptide vectors another promising area which demonstrated potential research studies. In this review, panoramic view presented on etiology, options, emerging modalities Short conclusion Nanocarriers innumerable opportunities interventions therapeutics. Challenge persists bench bedside translation these highly upcoming strategies. Graphic

Cancer Therapeutics- Opportunities, Challenges and Advances in Drug Delivery

This review highlights the characteristics of the cancer that provide opportunities for drug delivery carriers to target cancer. These opportunities include EPR effect, high interstitial pressure of tumour, low pH of endosomes of tumor cells, overexpressed receptors, angiogenesis etc. Chemotherapy is one of the most important treatments currently available among the various approaches. The pres...

Magnetic Drug Delivery in Therapeutics

Magnetic modulated drug delivery system addresses the major problem of initial biodistribution of drug carrier. It involves the use of particulate carriers to a localized diseased site. Magnetic microspheres can be used for sitespecific drug targeting as in case of tumors, magnetic bioseparation and also can be used for non-targeted drug delivery as in case of contrast agents (MRI) and drug res...

Nanotechnology in cancer therapeutics: bioconjugated nanoparticles for drug delivery.

Nanotechnology refers to the interactions of cellular and molecular components and engineered materials-typically, clusters of atoms, molecules, and molecular fragments into incredibly small particles-between 1 and 100 nm. Nanometer-sized particles have novel optical, electronic, and structural properties that are not available either in individual molecules or bulk solids. The concept of nanos...
